PITTSBURGH, PA. – Michael P. Conaboy, 94, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2012.
He was born in Youngstown, Ohio son of the late Michael P. and Bridget (Coyne) Conaboy; beloved husband of the late Dorothy Pierce and Grace Regan; loving father of Michael W. of Olympia, Washington and Rosemary “Romi” Conaboy, of Pittsburgh; stepfather of Christine (Vincent) Rause of Mt. Lebanon, Pa. and Deidra (Ian) Duncan of Ridgefield, Conn.; step grandfather of Carmela Rause of Mt. Lebanon; and cherished “big brother” of Eileen Kelty of Poland, Ohio, the late Mary Kelty, the late Anne Joyce and the late Kathryn Kelty.
He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A veteran of the U.S. Army, “Mike” proudly served in the Pacific from 1941 to 1945, where he received a Purple Heart. He was active member of St. John Capistran in Upper St. Clair.

Friends welcome at 2828 Washington Rd. in McMurray, Pa., 724-941-3211, on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday at 11 a.m. in St. John Capistran Church, 1610 McMillan Road in Pittsburgh.
Everyone please meet at the church.
Interment will be at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
