My great grandfather was Charlie T. Barnes who was born in Wallaceburg, Arkansas and lived in Upshur County, TX. The ONLY link I have to his Arkansas past is a letter, written in 1905 from his sister, Mary Jane Conatser (nee Barnes) from Delight, Pike County, Arkansas.
