Adopted Sibilings

I'm looking for 4 sibilings that were adopted in the mid 60's in New York City with the last name Concepcion. These are their first names Rosa, Victor, Norma and Manny. They are in their late 40's and early 50's. This was their surname before they were adopted. I don't know what their adopted name was. These are my sibilings. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
