I am writing a book on emigration from Portadown area of Co Armagh to US,1880-1930 and all the above are familiar Birches names.
Would love biog info on any individual who went to US especially Manchester CT and photos ,if possible.
I note a Carrie Turkington to Manchester 1910,John Turkington ditto ,William Turkington Manchester 1916 and another William 1898.
