Surnames: Connelly, Hurley
Hi,
I have Connellys from Bayonne, NJ in my family tree. My grandmother was Anna (Annie Connelly). Annie's mother was Mary Hurley Connelly and her father was Timothy Connelly; so I too had a great-grandmother named Mary Connelly in Bayonne.
They lived at 33 E 14th St in Bayonne (from death records of daughter Teresa in 1894 and Timothy's death in 1897).
Timothy and his parents (Daniel and Catherine Connolly or Connelly) were born in Ireland. Mary Hurley Connelly was born in New York and her parents were born in Ireland.
