The unidentified Samuel Conrad here seems a bit older than your ancestor. I wonder whose son he is? He seems to be part of the Northumberland/Crawford counties Conrad clan.

On 31 Aug. 1837, Samuel Conrad of Mead Twp. married to Polly Beers of Wayne Twp., by J. P. Daniels, Esq. Meadville Courier, 5 Sept. 1837. Samuel’s wife Mary “Polly” Beers was the daughter of Samuel Beers and Betsy Proper. (See Orphans Court D:512, November Term 1855, partition of estate of Samuel Beers, and Deed Book O-2:646+, heirs of Samuel Beers, made 31 Oct. 1848, recorded 30 July 1857.) David Conrad’s sister-in-law Sarah Susannah Steinbrook married Samuel Beers Jr.
