James (Robert?) Constant & Hattie Mills information needed

Surnames: Constant / Mills
Hattie Mills was married to James (Robert?) Constant
They had a son named Charles William Constant, who was my grandfather. He was born in Haywood, NC in the year 1905.
I believe they also had a son named Newell (John?) Constant.
I know that Hattie's mother was full Cherokee indian, Hattie being 1/2 indian.
ANY information on any of the people above mentioned would be GREATLY appreciated.
