Seeking information about Elder James Monroe Cooley (1882 Alabama-1958 Florida), Florida Baptist pastor. His wife, Martha Gertrude, died October 1967 in Polk County, Florida. One known son, Marvin Clifton (1904-1988). A granddaughter, Mary Evelyn, married Garlin Griffin Moore. Elder Cooley pastored Richland Baptist Church, Pasco County, Florida, in the early 1920s. The church will observe its 125th anniversary in 2010 and is seeking biographical data on former pastors. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
