Hello! I've hit a dead end on William and Ann Cooper who migrated to the US and started a family in Illinois. the info I have so far is:

William Cooper
b: abt 1822 England
d: abt 1869 Illinois

Ann Cooper (Watson)
b: abt 1830 England
d: unknown

they had 8 children that I know of:

Thomas A Cooper- b. 1855 Illinois
Sarah J Cooper - b. 1856 "
James A Cooper - b. 1858 "
Joseph Frank Cooper - b. 1860 "
William Cooper - b. 1861 "
Lee Cooper - b. 1863 "
Arthur Cooper - b. 1865 "
Warren Cooper - 1867 "

This is all the info I have on them. I do not know when then came to the US but it would have to be before 1855 as all their children were born in Illinois. I do not know where William and Ann met and married I would assume in England since they are both from there but I'm not certain.

The info I have comes from 2 pieces of documentation, the 1860 & 1870 US Federal Census. I would love love love any more info!! Even on their children...
