Looking for information about Benjamin Cader Stancil who married Eliza M. Corbin (b.7/25/1840 d. 1/25/1918). One of his sons is my greatgrandfather. I believe they were married on 9/29/1861 by Elder D. S. Moos, probably in Lumpkin County, GA. There is a story that my ggfather (Jesse Milton Stansel) changed the spelling of his name and moved to Texas, possibly because of a "sticky situation" in Georgia.Looking for information about Benjamin Cader Stancil who married Eliza M.
