I am related to the Cordell's from Elbert Co., Ga. & N.C. here is what I have. Two brothers went to Willmington,N.C. with their Mother (?). brothers name was Allcie Cordell & David Cordell. Allcie settled in Jonston, David went to Ga. David married Rebecca Sims. They divorced. He m. Elizabeth Bridges in April 1827.There children were: Wm. David, Thomas, & Salena.
