Classification: Query
Surnames: Sloan, Sloane, Cornelius
I am desperately looking for information on my gggrandmother Sarah Cornelius b: PA who married Thomas Sloan / Sloane b: PA.
I have just recently found these parents of my ggrandfather's "Lost" line.
My ggrandfather was John Jay Sloan. Believe the "e" on the end was added after his marriage. John was born abt. 1850 somewhere in PA and died 1919 in Oklahoma. He had a brother Tom, supposedly b: abt 1852 and an Unknown Sister supposedly b: abt 1854 and had other siblings but we have no clue as to the names. Believe that all this family was from PA. Could stand corrected just about anywhere. All I know for sure is that John is definately the son of Sarah and Thomas. John and his wife spent a lot of time in Titusville (Crawford Co), Baden and Bradford, PA.
If you have even an idea about this family please contact me ASAP!
