This is your line. Absalom was father to William Pryor (W.P.), Matthias A.(M.A.), and father-in-law to Maria J.(M.J.) who was Thomas J.'s widow. My family has virtually nothing passed down concerning the Cornelius/Ward side. All I have is from other researchers and courthouse records. This spring I am going to attempt to locate the site of the original farm that I believe Absalom is buried on in Bowie Co. I am trying to locate Absolom's and William N Wallis/Wallace, his son-in-law's (my GG Grandfather) graves on the property. There is alot of records on line and in courthouses on the Cornelius/Ward famalies. I will answer any questions I can, Good luck and good hunting.
