hi..thank you sooooooooo much for your reply....if you want to link with my family tree, i actually have apicture of our grandmother cruz when she was young with valente as a young 3 or 4 y/o boy if you'd like to link up and add any other info you have. im in the process of finding out any info i can through the 1930 mexican census for our family...please check over the info i have and let me know if i got anything wrong and what i need to change....my grandmother was Edalia Corrales, my mom is Herminia Acosta.

this is a very late reply, but better late than never right..

my granpa's name was Valentine (Valente) Corrales, son of Cruz Leyva Corrales, and Arcadio Corrales, they are from San Antonio Del Bravo, Chich, Mexico.
The majority of there children are all in Pecos Texas. a lot of there grandkids and kids, and great grandkids are all on Facebook. if you would like more information please reply back, and i could try to get more info for you.

HEllo i now this is a few years later, but i got into this website and started looking around and saw all these corrales' everywhere. Well my father is from Durango, mexico also and that is where all his family is established. His name is Jose Luis Corrales with 3 brothers and 3 sisters named Amalia Corrales, Margarita Corrales, Leticia Corrales, Antonio Corrales, Ignacio Corrales, and Finally my uncle Ismael Corrales(May he rest in peace).
My grandparents' names are maria de jesus garcia and atilano Corrales. And my grandfather's parent's names are Amado and Maria Elena Corrales. ANy relatives?

My grandmother was a Corrales. They came from Chihuahua and settled in Riverside. There were about 12 children and I don't know if they had cousins here or not. Do you have any other info?

Bernardo Corrales, for many years the operator of a cigar factory at the northeast corner of Royal and St Michael Streets, died recently at Cervera, Spain. He left Mobile over twently years ago for his native home in Spain, on account of ill health, his condition never allowing him to return to his home. News of his death was received in Mobile by his sister, Mrs Regina Liabona, of 9 Kennedy Street. Mr Corrales came to this country when quite a young man, and taking as his wife, Miss Frances Dolbear of Jackson AL who preceded him to the grave four years ago. Fourteen children were the result of this union, six of them still living and in this city. They are Mrs William J O'Connor, Mrs J B Eastburn, Miss Antonia Corrales, Messrs J B, J S, and E O Corrales. He will be remembered by quite a few of the elder Mobilians. Besides his sister, Mrs Liabona, and six children, he is survived by twelve grandchildren and numerous other relatives.

to add to my list of previous names I want to add Vincent and Henry Corrales, All these childeren were born in Arizona, and moved to Ca.somewhere in the L.A. counties area in the 1900's, or before.The girls would have changed names except for Lena who never married, and the boys of course.

Fred H. Corrales died in Davis Saturday, May 15, 2004, at age 62.

Born May 2, 1942, in Canutillo, Texas, Mr. Corrales had been a Yolo County resident for 28 years. He graduated from Woodland High School and worked for Kordite/Mobil Chemical for 40 years.

Survivors include his daughters, Debbie Hollaway, and Dianne Flores, both of Austin, Texas, Deneen Snyder of Round Rock, Texas, and Ashley Calvery of Belton, Texas. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dolores G. Corrales.

Arrangements are under the direction of McNary's Chapel of Woodland.

Services: Vigil was held Tuesday, May 18, at McNary's Chapel. A funeral service is scheduled at 10 a.m. today Wednesday, May 19, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Woodland.

We are also trying to find our more regarding our Corrales side of thefamily. My Mother's maiden name is Eduvigen Corrales. They are also a big family. She has a half brother John Corrales in San Clemente. Her sister and her married the same man Crestino Valerio. Were searching for Indian heritage on the Corrales side. Any info appreciated.

ROGELIO CORRALES, 81, of Gallina died Tuesday at his home. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion. He retired from the U.S. Forest Service and was a lifetime rancher and pillar of the community. He is survived by his wife, Marcella Corrales; son, Roger Corrales Jr. and wife Beverly all of Gallina; daughters, Clora Gerber and husband Darryl of Las Cruces, Pauline Chacon and husband Ivan of Coyote, JoAnn Jacquez and husband Clyde Jr. of Farmington, Doris Corrales of Albuquerque, Monica Corrales of Santa Fe; brothers, Joe Corrales of Gallina, and Frank Corrales and wife Mabel of Utah; sister, Elizaida Suazo and husband Willie of Gallina; 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. I am also seeking Corrales Family from San Antonio, Texas. As a matter of fact, I live in SA, Texas. The Corrales family I am searching for are part of my Arispe, Castaneda families. I believe the daughter married a Miguel Corrales. Her name is (Chita), I think that her real name is Diamantina Arispe. They had two daughters.
