Hi,

My name is Pedro Costas and I was reading your post today. I think we may be related. My father, Pedro A. Costas was born in Peñuelas, Puerto Rico. My grandfather's name was "Tuto Costas". I had an uncle who was a Captain in the Puerto Rico Police Department named "Wiso Costas." There is a Manny Costas who was my father's cousin and used to work for American Airlines. The Costas's here are all from Peñuelas. Hope this helps!

Regards,

PJ
