Looking for any family information regarding Elizabeth Costilow, who married John Teter in Lewis Co. WV. I am the great-granddaughter of their daughter, Delphia Teter (b. Aug 1883 & d. Oct 1966), who married Peter Layfield Osborn, also of Lewis County, WV. Specifically, it has been passed on to me from "the old folks" of the area they lived in that Delphia was part Native American (tribe unknown).
