Hi from Mexico. I tried to find our connection but couldn't. My COSTINS lived up in what is now PENDER COUNTY but was NEW HANOVER. I've seen the name MILES several times and suggest that you write to the NEW HANOVER COUNTY LIBRARY, 201 Chestnut Street, Wilmington, NC 28401-3942 and ask for a lookup volunteer to search for information on MILES.
