Hey Paul,
We are hoping that people will start testing. I started the project with FamilyTreeDNA as I have a cousin and a friend who are related to the Costen/Coston families.
If there is someone who would like to be the administrator for the project and who is more familiar with the Costen/Coston, etc. research that would be great. I find that most projects really take off once there is a dedicated website to the project and someone who is available to lead it.
