I have a sister by the name of Donna Cotham she lives in the Lancaster area in California. I haven't spoken with her in years, since my father passed. My father Hershell was born in Carnie, Oklahoma. He then moved the family to Oakland, California and then to Arizona and finally Rio Linda, California. Most of my siblings live in the Sacramento area. Do you know of any Cothams in that area?

Is your mother named Pearl. Pearl was my aunt. My father was Herschell Duane Cotham. He died of congestive heart failure. My mother's name was Virginia. I lived in Sacramento most of my life. I believe we may be related.

Don't know if we are related but my dad was Pink Cotham with brothers Perry,Pelmer,Deemer from Arkansas Texas. He married Faye Luton from Blackeburn Kansas. Both are deceased. I have sisters Linda Poer, Redding Ca., Gayle Cotham, Hawaii and Cuma (Hall) Cotham, Gloversville N.Y. My brother J.B. was killed in 1988n a car accident in Salem Miss. Not sure if this helps but maybe I can get some information as well.

Hi, glad to hear from you. I immediately got out my "Cotham Book", which is a book of
research that was done by my first-cousin-once removed, Verby Lee Cotham Balinas in 1981.
Verby Lee lived in Pasadena, Texas until her death this past January at age 80. I did find
a Phillip (does not say David), but I do not think this is your father, because he was born April
22,1959, the son of W.D. "Bud" Cotham, born 8/26/1929, married May 3, 1952, to Joyce Womack.

The listing I found for a Loyd was born as a son to Arthur Cotham, who was born Nov. 1885, died May 24, 1980,
married to Ida Holder. There was no birth date given for Loyd. I know that this list is not complete, as
Verby Lee was still adding to it every once in a while. There are a lot of us Cothams out here, so maybe we can find
someone who has info for you. Please email me so we can check into this further. Melinda

Olive was my aunt. She passed away in 1994 or 95.. Heart complications. She was living in Clear Lake, CA with her daughter. She always loved being close to the water, so she could fish, and relax.

I am trying to find details of my grandfather William Cotham who was born round about 1880-1885. He was later in life resident at Berrys Lane, St Helens, Lancashire.. He married Margaret Gillman in 1903. His father's name was John, and both he and William were miners.
I would be most grateful for any information, and could share information I have already gathered.
