I am searching for information on my maternal grandfather - Levi Neal Cothern, b. Aug 13, 1870 in Arkansas, d. Jun 28, 1942 in Norman, OK.
He was the son of Levi Cothern and ? Fulton.
Married Sarah Lou Gibbs, Jan 14, 1892. They had six daughters -
Eva
Grace Lee -- my mother
Dora Mae
Gertrude
Josie
Hattie Marie

I was told that Levi's father was a doctor?
I did find a reference to a Levi Cothern in the 1840 VA Census, other than that I have not been able to find anything.
I would appreciate any information.
