My 2nd great grandparents, William Francis Cotter (1835-1898) and Mary D Carey (1840-1906) came from County Cork and settled in Meriden, Connecticut between 1850 and 1860. (They married in 1849 in Co. Cork per family history but this is not documented.)

I have most of the post emigration information but am looking for relatives in County Cork and Boston. Although I have no documentation, my father is convinced William Francis Cotter had family members, maybe brothers, who stayed in the Boston area. He has asked me to locate the 'Boston Cotters'.

Does anyone have a family history that may fit?
