Surnames: Cottrell, Cattrell, Turner, Dixon
In the 1880 US Federal Census, North Carolina, Granville County, in Townsville (District 106) appears the following:
Daniel T Cattrell, W, M, 27, , head, married
Elizabeth P Cattrell, W, F, 25, , wife, married
Richard T Cattrell, W, M, 4/12, Feb, son, single
Walter E Cattrell, W, M, 8, ,nephew, single
I am looking for information on this family, especially Walter. I believe the head of household is actually David T Cottrell, transcribed incorrectly. I also believe his wife is Elizabeth P Turner. I am trying to figure out who Walter's parents are and if this is the same Walter that was married to Ada Dixon. Does anyone have information to share? Thank you!
