My dad is son to a coulter. maybe you can help me. My father is Herbert Edmond Eden now. My father and his brother were put up for adption the year their mother died which was the same year his younger brother was born 1962. He was born a Cook. His father I believe had his named changed upon being adopted shortly after the mothers death in 1912, Herbert Edmond (millard) Cook. His born name was coulter though. And his father was James Monroe coulter. Maybe you could help me find some info.
