Seeking gr-grfthr, "Al" Coulter, no dates, but married Elizabeth Downing of Pgh., and lived in Emlenton, which is Venango Co. Their children are Charles Albert b. 1882 and Hattie. He is not on 1900 Census, but 'widow' Elizabeth and 2 children lived with her family, the John Downings in Pgh. as of 1900. We are not even sure of his name, Bible just says 'Al' Coulter.
