I am looking for Eugene M. Coulter. In the 1890 census he is listed in Franklin Co., Kansas with Paulina and many children. Eugene was born 01-1852 in OH, parents born OH and VA. Paulina was born 06-1861 in IN, parents born OH and IN. Eugene and Paulina had the following children from the census records i found:
