Searching for Raymond Ceril (Chamberlain) Coulter

Surnames: Coulter, Chamberlains
I am searching for family members of Raymond Ceril Coulter. He was born 1-19-1906 in Nebraska. He was born to Roy Chamberlain and Lulu Closson. He was removed from the family around 1914. There were 3 of the children adopted out of the family. Raymond is the only one I haven't been able to find. I know he was either adopted by the Coulter family or he just took their name.
