Courier/Ramsey family in MO

I'm looking for info on the COURIER side of my family. I can only go back to my great grandfather. His name was Emmett Leroy COURIER he was married to Sarah A. Jones. They lived in Bigelow, Holt Co., Mo. My grandfathers name is Sherman Leroy COURIER born 1900 in Bigelow. On Emmetts' marriage certificate he signed his name as Courrier but on his sons' license he signs it COURIER. Also any info on the Ramseys' or Jones would be great. All I know is that the Jones were from Wales and my great grandmothers' brother went over in the 1930's or 40's to see the old estate.
