Dear Ron, nice to hear from you. My Cowin family on the IOM consists of Charles (Chas) Cowin who i think was not married to his "partner" Isabelle/Isabella Kelly. He had a daughter though called Charlotte Cowin who was born around 1843 on the island. (I think in the Peel area of the island). Thats all the information i have.
