My grandfather was LaRu's brother, his name was James Floyd Cowley. He came from Farmington, Utah and settled in Penrose, Wyoming. We often took my grandfather to visit LaRu in Salt Lake. I do have some life stories and other histories.I think that any Cowley from the Isle of Man would have to be related, the island is only 221 sq miles.
I ran into a Bill Cowley from South Africa and as we talked he said his family came from the Isle of Man.
