Does the name William Cowsert from Indiana
mean anything? He may be my Father....
I was adoped in 1951 My name was Billy lee
Cowsert. I would like to here from you at any
way. I tryed to find some other information
But I ran in to many road blocks with the state
of In. I was able to get to the Judge of the time
but just befor I was able to get any information relised
He passed away...
