The Texas Coy's you speak of were originally
de los Santos Coy, and appear as such in the
baptism, marriage and burial books of San
Fernando church and mission records of San
Antonio Texas. Through the years the "de los
Santos" was dropped and only the Coy remains.
Many Coy's can be found in the books mentioned
above.
