Looking for any information on James Crabtree who married Dicy Stanly August 1838 in Wake County, NC. James and family are listed in the 1840 Wake County Census but only Dicy and three daughters, Rebecca, Lucy and Sarah, are listed in 1850 census. Dicy is later found in the 1860 Wake Census in the household of Harod Stanly (? brother).
Their daugher Rebecca married John W. Turner in Sept. 1860 and their children were James, Antonia, John, Robert, Fannie, Cora, Mamie, Minnie and Hattie. Fannie was my great-grandmother.
