I am a descendant of Martin Van Buren Crager, whom we feel is related to your Edmond. We attended a crager reunion I think at Leesville, La. several years back, we were invited by W.C. Crager, I think he is an uncle to Cindylam. I am hoping you haave uncovered new information on these Crager's.

So now I do not belive she died either, can't find anything to say so, and no records of her after marriage to Uriah/Hugh.
Should be Death record of some sort.
Kelly

Was looking to see if I could find info on my grandmother greatx4 Rebecca Cager Married Hugh or Uraih Sarten/Sartain in Tenn. Knox County.
Was curious if She would happen to be part of your family.
I do not remember the date of thier marriage...would have to look it up, but they had three children. William Kendrey
Sartain, Thomas Crawford Sartain and Mary Francis Sartain.
I was told Rebecca died after or during Mary's birth, mabie right after. I know she was very young when Uraih Hugh married Louisa E. Wright. They moved soon after thier marriage to Eureka Springs, Carrol Co., AR.
Looking for my grandmothers family, we do not know her parents or anything before her marriage to Uriah/Hugh.

Was born June 6, 1898 and passed away March 7, 1994. He was born in Tazwell County, Illinois. He had a cousin named James and a brother named Elmer and a brother named John and a Sister named Mary.
Hello. I'm looking for information on the families of John Wesley Crager and his children Alex, Landon, Moxie, Dora, Flossie and Maryann. Alex was my great grandfather. Though most(all) of them were born in various parts of eastern Kentucky the family moved to West Virginia between 1900 and 1910. If anyone has any info regarding this particular Crager branch I would love to hear from you. Thank you.

Edmond Crager and Martin Van Buren Crager

I want to let everyone know that the lineage for
Martin Van Buren Crager born June 13, 1820 in Mississippi
and
Edmond Crager born January 31, 1817 in Mississippi

Has been brought forward through the work of several researchers. It is by no means a completed work, there are still holes and gaps to be filled. Would appreciate any information that anyone may have on the newer generations in Louisiana and Texas.

The two young men left Clarke County Alabama shortly after 1850 for Louisiana and Texas.

We have no information on William Martin Crager son of Jeremiah Crager. Jeremiah was the son of Edmond. In 1910 William Martin Crager (son of Jeremiah Crager) was living in Natchitoches Parish Louisiana 25 years old. If anyone has information on him, please contact me.

Any Clarke County Alabama information on these two Cragers would also be greatly appreciated.

Rebecca Crager

I am seeking information on a Rebecca Crager. She was born about 1860 in Marion county, KY. Her first marriage was to a Charlie Battcher but he died before 1910. She had 3 children by him: John, Katie and Murtie. I figured she remarried to a Crager after Charlie's death. It stated on her son, John Battcher's death certificate that her name was Rebecca Craiger (Crager). Is there anyone out there with any info or leads for me. I would sure appreciate it.

Todd

I have just started my search so I'm not sure of what to ask you. However, it seems with the information I have so far, my grandfather Ulysis Grant Crager was born in Kentucky in the late 1800's. There were five children.
Do you know what county you are searching in and the name of his children or wife so we could possibly match up or disregard further searching?
