William Kramer from Prussia/Germany immigrated to Tx

Surnames: Cramer>Perez>Rodriguez
Hi,
I am looking for a William Cramer (not sure of his name or even the spelling). He came over from Prussia/Germany. He was married to Euligia (possibly Eulogia) Vasquez. They had 4 Kids: William,Lorenza, Mary/Maria, Exiquio (not sure of spelling).
This nice lady did some of the research and I was able to find all the info she posted and verify it. However, her email address is no longer valid.

This is the only info I have been able to find that proves this man existed. (other than his kids names in the Census) Any info provided for William Cramer coming to Tx from Prussia/Germany will be greatly appreciated.
