CRANSTON, David Earl Died peacefully June 22, 2009. Born October 18, 1945 in Bremerton, Washington. David was predeceased by his parents, Dr. Ray Cranston (1987) and Betty Cranston (2005). Survived by brothers, Mike (Sara), Bruce and loving sister, Shelley. David was a proud uncle to Cindy, Anne, Melissa, Erin and Fraser. David had a gentle spirit and touched many lives with his love and kindness. He faced the final years of his life with dignity and courage. His family would like to thank life long friend, Pat Smith, the staff at Hillside Terrace, and all his many friends for their support. The family would also like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Royal Jubilee Hospital for their exceptional care. David was a lover of life and in turn, loved by many. He will be greatly missed. May he rest in peace, and in his own words, "Adios Amigos. " A celebration of David's life will be held on Saturday, June 27th in the Maple Room at the Strathcona Hotel from 2-5 pm. 548056
