Looking for info concerning Washington Crawford and wife Francis J. In 1860 they have children William b. 1855, Clarinda A.b. 1858, and Francis L. b. 1859. By 1870 Francis Jane is head of household and a son George W. age 7 has been added.
I believe Francis Jane to be the daughter of Jane (Vance) Shurbott/Shurbotovious who was a daughter of Adam Vance b. 1781, in Pennsylvania.
