Hello Kris,

My name is Christin Fagan and I am interested in learning if your Henry Creason is the same as mine. I have Henry's name as Henry Calhoun Fagan (Creason), son of Walter and Susannah Creason. Henry is the father of my great, great grandfather Johnny Edward Fagan. I know this may seem strange as the last name is different, but I have been told there was a name change because of bad debts.

Henry was married to Martha Elizabeth Agee until her death abt. 1885. He later married "Fannie" and both were listed as Feagan in the 1900 census.

More info:
1870 Census - living with Walter and Susannah @ age 15 as a Creason
1880 Census - married to Martha E. @ age 25, using last name FAGAN, one daughter named Anna age 2
1890 Census - n/a
1900 Census - married to Fannie, using last name FEAGAN, two sons, Edward (my gg grandfather) age 18, Willie age 13.

I realize your post was so long ago, but I'm willing to take the chance in hopes of piecing this puzzle together.

Thank you,

Christin Fagan
