Have been looking for a missing ancestor, JOHN CREE. Believed to have left Scotland for Australia (Tasmania?) after some scandal. Born 1888.
Have found a Campbell Cree born to John Cree and Irene Gladys Grimson in New South Wales, 1918. Don't know if this John is mine, but he does fit, and is so far the only one I can find under that name.
Would appreciate any help, even if just to eliminate him as a possibility.
