I have noticed the name Creed: this may be of interest:
Creeds have been mentioned in documents going back to the C17 in Co. Cork, Ireland: Mary Creed, possibly a daughter of Edward m in 1801, Cadwallader Acteson.
An Edward Cooper was bonded as an apprentice cooper on 27 May 1783. He could have been Mary's father.
Mary's son moved to England as did many others about the time the Napoleoninc Wars were drawing to their end and perhaps some of their descendants ended up in Somerset...
