Jacob C. Tice born 1831 in Pennsylvania and per his death certificate he was the son of John C. Tice and Elizabeth. Several children of his children had the middle name of Cressman and I am wondering if anyone could tell me why. What the connection to Tice may have been? Was Elizabeth possibily a Cressman? Any ideas or info would be appreciated. The came to settle Wisconsin
