Edna M. (Grindstaff) Crest Obit
EATON, Ohio — Edna M. Crest, age 65, of Eaton, Ohio, passed away, Monday, Jan. 7, 2008, at Bixby Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 14, 1942, in Siam, Tenn., to J. Lee and Iris (Davis) Grindstaff. On Oct. 3, 1986, she married Donald E. Crest in Oklahoma City, Okla., and he survives.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Tammy Marie Smith and her husband, Robert, of Onsted; one son, Donald Lee McLeod of Adrian; three sisters, Bea Peterson and her husband, Tom, of Adrian, Lavaughn Warner and her husband, Jack, of Adrian and Helen Tanner of Grand Rapids; six grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her son, Stephen, and one sister, Sharon.
Funeral services for Edna will be held on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008, at 1 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian, with the Rev. Lloyd Jewett officiating. Burial will be in Maple Shade Cemetery. Visitation will be held today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian. Read this obituary and send condolences to the family at www.andersonfuneralhomeadriantecumseh.com.
