On Sunday last, five children, belonging to the families of James Cresswell and John Wainscott, living near Gratz ; (Ky.), were poisoned while eating wild carrots. . The son of Wainscott, aged twelve, died after having some forty | convulsions. The remaining four of Creswell's children, are still alive, though in a critical condition.
