Hi - Nellie Creswell was my great grandmother. Actually, this census wasn't Lincoln Victor Creswell, it was Loyal Washington Creswell. Loyal Washington was born in 1843. As this information was taken from the 1880 census, it had to be L.W., as he was the one who was 37 at the time (b. 1843), not L.V. - he was 21 (b. 1859 makes him 21 in 1880 census). Also, if you look at the original record, you can tell that the writing is just a bit confusing - hence the error.

Anyway, Nellie married Bert M. Snyder in 1898, and homesteaded near Chadron, NE. Her children were Ella Sarah, Iona, Earl, Leatha, Lurenna, and Lee Rennard. Ella (later Ellen) was my grandmother.
