Ihave cribbens in my family.my Cribbens fiamly statr with Thomas Cribbens in him andhis wife came though Tennesse they stop at a orphanage and find a Chrokee Indian girl her name was Jerusha Elizabeth they went on the trail of tears to oklahome but did not make it they sealed in North Arkansas. i have information on John Charles Cribbens of Ramsgate. Born 1798/9 registered 'London, Middlesex' died 1872. Married Mary Grant (1801-1871). They had 8 (possibly 9) children. My father has done some work on the family tree - e-me at simoncribbens@hotmail.com if you want any further info on other Ramgate Cribbens family (there's still ont there)

I too, am looking for Cribbens from Arkansas. I am looking for info on John Dawson (Dow) Cribbens. He married a lady with the first name of Elizabeth (Betty) whose parents were from Tennessee. I was wondering if maybe they would be connected?
