benjamin was born in 1772 in maryland, and died in 1855 in stark county, ohio. merelis was born in 1795 and died in 1859 in ohio.
not sure when they moved to ohio. they had eight children - isaac, rachel, hannah, frederick, thomas, ruth, eliza, bengamin.
