passed away Saturday, July 30, 2011,
at Indiana Regional Medical Center.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the BENCE-MIHALCIK FUNERAL HOME, Indiana. Additional visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday in Calvary Presbyterian Church, Indiana, Pa., with his funeral service following at 10 a.m. with the Rev. David Hanna officiating. Interment will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery, Indiana, Pa. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to Calvary Presbyterian Church, 695 School St., Indiana, PA 15701.
