Message to Barb Howell. Augustus Crofford is my grandfather, Kenneth Crofford's, great-grandfather. Augustus Crofford died in 1912 and is buried in the Prairie Union Cemetery north of Falls City, Nebraska. Augustus was married twice. His children were William Crofford, my grandfather's father, Roy Crofford (possibly spelled incorrectly as Crawford as he was a career soldier and his name was misspelled on his military records), Tom Crofford, Lee Crofford, Elizabeth Crofford,, Matilda Crofford Zimmerman and another daughter first name unknown, who married a Mayfield. He also had another daughter, Amanda Crofford Martin (apparently from his second marriage). My grandfather, Kenneth Crofford, is interested in whose daughter you are and where you live.
