Wife - Ann CROFT or CROFTS, birth: about 1811, England (possibly London area), Married: about 1828 St. Johns Hackney
Daughter – Rosina BROOKS, birth: Feb 2, 1832, Christening: April 8, 1832 Saint Matthew, Bethnal Green, London, England
There may have been 2 sons (John, Charles) who died in England before Rosina was born.
John was a silk weaver.
Emigrated to New York, USA: June 23, 1832
Moved to Michigan, USA in Lapeer County in 1837.
John and Ann had 10 other children after emigrating.
