FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- Ronald G. Croll, 54, died Monday, March 17, 2003, at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Services are D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, Fort Wayne.

Memorials may be made to Northeast Indiana Reading Radio Services.

Mr. Croll was born in West Burlington.

He worked for G.T.E.D.S. for 15 years, retiring in 1999 and was also a self-employed potter and artist.

He enjoyed fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Kristine Thieker of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Lillian Croll of Syracuse, N.Y.; a son, Andrew Croll at home; a brother, Robert Croll of West Burlington; and his mother, Esther Croll of West Burlington.

He was preceded in death by his father, Roger in 1970 and a brother, William in 1984.
