Rozella Cromer
Rozella Whitlow was born on March 17, 1923 in New Boston, Illinois the daughter of William and Mamie (McNeal) Whitlow. On March 17, 1945 Rozella was united in marriage to Merle J. Cromer in Muscatine.
She had worked at Model Laundry as a seamstress and a dry cleaner. Rozella was a member of the New Hope United Methodist Church and enjoyed blue grass music.
She will be deeply missed by her brothers, Lloyd Whitlow and his wife Delores and Shelby Whitlow and his wife Connie both of Muscatine and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one sister, Phyllis Stone and a brother, Omar Whitlow
